Our Pet Policy

• Madison Grove allows dogs and cats
• Two pets per apartment home
• The combined weight limit is under 100 lbs at full growth
• A pet addendum, current animal picture, and vet records are required

Pet Fees

• $300 pet fee for the first pet and $150 pet fee for the second (non-refundable)
• $35 monthly per pet
